In my small artisan roasting business I am very careful to require on much wholesale business model. Seems odd I understand but my reasoning may be the fact since wholesale green prices have increased (we pay 2 or 3 times what we paid 12 months ago) when i can barely double our wholesale prices and make much with a profit after costs. I'm focusing on retail, on the other hand have that option being a roaster as i can roast my own coffee
